At Transprinter, we are committed to ensuring all our customers are satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is also returned in its original packaging.

1, Returns Due to Defective Product or Order:

- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Return Policy Exceptions:

Please note that we don't accept returns on:

1, Products that have been used are not eligible for return

2, Custom orders (orders placed with a manufacturer specifically for a customer)
3, For purchases made outside the contiguous United States and in international regions, we only accept returns or exchange for defective items and quality issues.

Return Policy terms and Conditions:

Return Request Deadline: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Condition of Returned Items: Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

Processing Time for Refunds: Please allow 5 to10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement.

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Return Process:

1. Please send an email to us at service@transprinter.com: Please send us an email briefly describing the issue, along with your order number and name. If applicable, please attach photos of the product to help us better understand the situation.

2. Return Package: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1 to 3 business days. They will guide you on the next steps in their response. Once you receive these details, please return the items to the designated return address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchange Process:

Once your DTF printer return is received and inspected, if it meets our conditions, we'll process your exchange request immediately. The new DTF printer will be dispatched to you within 3 to 5 business days from approval. If the requested DTF printer model is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative solution or proceed with a refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
