At Transprinter, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers are satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
1. Return Reasons
Defective Product or Order Errors:
- The product arrives defective.
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Upon verification of the issue, we offer the following solutions:
- Return or exchange is available within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Unmet Expectations:
- The item does not meet your requirements.
- You have decided not to keep the purchase.
For the above cases, we offer the option of returns or exchanges, provided the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Return Policy Exceptions
- Used items are not eligible for return.
- Custom orders (orders placed specifically for a customer) are not eligible for return.
- For purchases made outside of the contiguous United States and international regions, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective items and quality issues.
3. Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Return Request Deadline:
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and reflected on your payment statement.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
Refund Processing Time:
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your payment account.
Return Method:
- Customers must use a trackable shipping method to return items. This ensures the return is traceable.
4. Return Process

Submit Return Request: Please email us at service@transprinter.com, briefly describing the issue along with your order number and name. If applicable, please attach photos of the product to help us understand the situation.

Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1 to 3 business days and guide you through the next steps. Once you receive the return instructions, please send the item to the designated return address.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Exchange Process
Once your DTF Printer return is received and inspected, if it meets our conditions, we will immediately process your exchange request. The new DTF Printer will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from approval. If the requested DTF Printer model is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative solution or proceed with a refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@transprinter.com, and we will assist you.
