Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Policy:

We offer a one-year limited warranty on our printers and accessories, which begins from the date of receiving the order.

We will evaluate the product's eligibility based on the photos/videos sent to our product experts. Please note, depending on the product's issue, Transprinter may provide you with a new replacement part. Additionally, please be aware that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

 Accessories related to our printers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. 

Mainboard Warranty: 

Dual-head Printer Mainboard: Not covered by warranty. Repairs can be arranged at the customer’s own expense.

 Limited Warranty Eligibility:

Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the product.

Defects in workmanship under normal use.

Component damage under normal use. 

Warranty Limitations - The warranty does not cover:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the use of third-party inks, including print head blockages.

Any conditions resulting from normal wear and tear or any unintended use.

Any conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.

Damage caused by force majeure/natural disasters.

 Warranty Costs

If any component, except for the mainboard, is damaged within the warranty period after receiving the printer, Transprinter will cover the cost of the component, but customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

How to Apply for Warranty Service 

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your product. Please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving any problems. 

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to service@transprinter.com and provide the following information:

1,Reason for Warranty Claim: (The issue must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.)

2,Proof of Purchase: (Full name and order number from the email confirmation.)

3,Photos Showing the Defect/Damage: (If applicable.)

Once we receive and evaluate your request, we will notify you and inform you of the next steps.
