Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. We require 3 to 5 business days of processing time to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days depending on the country or region. Additionally, please take into consideration any force majeure factors such as natural disasters, and pandemics that may affect the delivery time.
The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM(EST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse based in China.
At present, we deliver to the following countries: United States, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Austria Australia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Canada, Czechia, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore, New Zealand, Israel, Italy, United Kingdom, Hong Kong
Tracking your order:
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Shipping methods:
Our default shipment method is air shipment by DHL Express or FedEx Express.
If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.
Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping on all orders for our customers.
Order Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them, with no additional fees. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us at service@transprinter.com to discuss canceling your order.
Customs & Import Duties (VAT):
The product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any additional Import duties, taxes, or fees that your country or region may require.
These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team at service@transprinter.com.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you suspect that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@transprinter.com. While we will endeavor to assist in correcting the address, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after your order has been processed. Contacting us promptly gives us the best chance to help update your shipping details.
Packaging
Preassembled: your printer's stand, printheads, and ink system are all assembled here by our technicians and then repackaged for freight shipment.
The machine is first packaged with transparent plastic film. Then put it into a wooden box and fill the gap with foam to better protect the machine.
